Game Notes:Where to start with this game, first Greiss was in the net for Nabby. The game started with a great flow and pace to it. The whistles were few and far in between, with some big but clean hits. Sharks power play for the night got better as the game went on but they never scored. Their puck handling much like there PP game seemed to get better as the night wore on. One thing that didn't seem to struggle was there penalty kill, the Blue Jackets never scored while on the PP. I was very disappointed in Setoguchi and his late hit on a icing call against a CBJ player. He was very lucky he wasn't called for a penalty. Which in the 3rd period the Sharks seemed to take my penalties then liked. So with the shutout tonight it was the first time the Sharks have been shutout on the road in 110 games.
Side Note: Dan Boyle and interviews are a great idea he is so well spoken.
Stars of the Game:
1. Steve Mason (CBJ) with the shutout
2. Malhorta with his explanation on his nickname
3. Randy & Drew and there wonderful color commentating
