Happy Thanksgiving to our hockey team
Most of the Sharks and thier families celebrate Thanksgiving today.
News: McLaern was sent down to the Worcester Sharks, and they brought up Steve Zalewski. Brad Staubitz is back in the line up after he served the one game suspension. The injuries are the same Pavelski and Mitchell are still out...
Game Report: First two period's absolutely nothing, happened. Nabbie was perfect so was the Coyotes goaltender. One exciting thing and probably the only thing that was exciting was a fight with Jody Shelley, that was really a draw. The Sharks seem to be playing like they are on the road, not sure if its a lack of communication again or what, but nothing is clicking. The sell out crowd at the Tank, were growing restless at one point even started a Randy and Drew chant.
Nothing happened for either team during the regulation time, the game went into overtime. Nabbie was on fire in OT, and was rewarded with Nabbie chants from the crowd. Everyone was hanging on the edges of their seats during OT, when play picked up ten fold. Overtime came and went, with nothing happening but some great saves by both teams. On to the shoot out they go, Todd McLellan's line up: Heatley, Boyle and Setoguchi. Heatley and Setoguchi both missed, but Boyle scored and we lost.
Nothing else to say, just to be upset about a lame loss....
